The Sam Mbakwe Airport near Owerri, the Imo State capital witnessed a crowd of APC party faithful who came to welcome the state governor after what they described as a successful Partynational convention.

Okorocha told Journalists that in order to move the party forward, he has adopted the father figure role aimed at bringing all contending groups together.

On the Plateau killings, the Imo state governor expressed worry over the incessant attacks stating that the APC Governors’ Forum will not relent until a solution us found to the problem of insecurity in the country.

Governor Okorocha however called on Nigerians to come together and avoid sectionalism and religious differences, which have created loopholes for criminal elements to achieve their plans.
